Has anyone done natural IVF?

I have a septum in my uterus and the doctor really doesn't want to put more than one embryo in my uterus. Do to space.  Has anyone done this?

Did u not discuss removing the septum? I had that surgery done in feb as dr said it's very difficult
To carry a pregnancy to term with a septum. I think the surgery was totally worth it.
