how would u react?

my bf gas a overweight chihuaha that recently has gotten sick & hasnt eaten or drank water for a few days & seems like struggles to pee , my dad in law toom him to the vet & they said he had a ball & was unknown if it was a tumor or accumulated plastic from the bones they buy him .... anyway , this dog never has eaten dog food they feed him 20 pc mcnuggets , tacos or KFC chicken everyday bc that is ALL he will eat (cant be healthy for a dog but he doesnt listen to me & thinks i talk shit ) well anyway my bf bought his dog actual dog food & tried feeding it to him yesterday & this is how it went

bf: oh wow this is the first time in 7 years he eats dog food

me : as he should

bf : fuck you , as YOU should

me : (totally shocked he even said that) what did u just say??? im not a dog dont tell me that again

him: well ur always talking shit

i feel like that was so rude, to compare me to a dog or say as i should be eating dog food?????? my mom would never tell me this

me “talking shit about the dog” example : i dont want him to be stepping or sleeping on pillows (from our bed)

i dont want him to eat his chicken nuggets on the bed (makes a big mess & grease gets on my sheets)

i dont think he should be eating this (kfc , mcdonalds , tacos)

i dont want him to come in at night bc hes gonna pee in the room

close the door bc hes gonna go to the bathroom in here

&&&& bc i dont like petting or talking to the dog bc i dont like dogs .

howver ive NEVER been rude to him about his dog or even to the dog just fyi , i feel like i was just telling the truth as he should be eating dog food bc he is infact a dog
