Acne???

I’ve never had an acne “problem” just the occasional blemish. I got the implant in September. In the last 2 weeks I’ve had out of control acne! It’s in my cheeks and my chin. I use a scrub daily, have started using acne pads and a cleansing milk. Whenever pimples go away in one place they sprout up in another. I thought it was stress related but I’m no more stressed than I always am 🙄 so I’m blaming the implant. Any remedies? Im afraid of permanent scarring 😰
