Tomorrow is a new day
I lost 35 lbs prior to beginning my ttc journey. The stress of ttc without any success definitely got to me and although I haven't weighed myself I know I've gained half of it back.
Tomorrow is a new day and I plan to go back to eating healthy and exercising.
I'm going to eat all whole foods, reduce red meat, and include more vegetarian meals. I'm also going to be doing intermittent fasting.
We can do this💪🏻 my motivation is to get pregnant and have a healthy pregnancy. 🤰🏻
