Stressed...
I'm pregnant with my first baby. I'm so worried that I'm gonna mess something up. Or that something might happen to my baby... or that I just won't be a good mom. The moment I found out I was pregnant I stopped smoking cigarettes and drinking caffeine (I'll have a can of pop or a cup of coffee sometimes though) I'm trying to eat healthy too but I'm just so worried that I'm going to fail at something. I even get worked up and cry because I get worked up and cry a lot because I know stress isn't good for us.... is this normal for new mom's?
