Raccoon eyes 😩 🦝🦝🦝🦝🦝

I’ve have dark circles under my eyes my whole life, well for as long as I can remember. I’m turning 26 in three weeks and I’ve noticed that they just look worse and worse. I don’t really wear make up very often. I don’t even know what to wear for them.

Any advice on have to get rid of them or make them less noticeable?! 🦝🦝🦝
