4wks pregnant according to the app..Will having sex cause a miscarriage? This early? 
I had a miscarriage a year Ago and I’m trying to avoid any thing than can be risky !!

My doctor told me it was safe to have sex unless they tell you otherwise. Have you been to the doctor yet and have they examined you? If not wait until you’ve been seen and have had an ultrasound to make sure it’s a healthy pregnancy

It’s fine but be aware you may spot after maybe bleed slightly. It’s because your cervix has capillaries that are filling with blood in preparation for pregnancy. As long as it doesn’t last a long time or isn’t a huge amount you should be good to go.

Unless you have risk factors sex is safe. The only way to know is to talk to your doctor, I understand the fear. I got my positive at 3 weeks 5 days. We just had sex for the first time since at like 7 weeks 2 days,. I was trying to hold out until I had a doctors appointment but couldn’t wait any longer lol. No bleeding or anything.
