Want to cry 😢

I’m almost 300 pounds that is almost my heaviest.

I have cut back on so much and been to drs. Drs run all these test and nothing. Some days I just want to cry.

I feel eventually my boyfriend is going to lose interest in me. Idk..

I’m right there with you. When we started dating I was 118! Got pregnant and gained 30 than went back to 120 but gained 25 pounds. And than I got pregnant again and I went from 145 to 190! Now I’m pregnant again and I’m still thankfully 190 but I expect to gain more weight😞😞 I know I will be in the 200’s and it makes me so sad I just want to lose weight already. I wear the same clothes everyday (leggings and a big t-shirt) because nothing else I wore fit anymore. It’s heartbreaking.

Kira I weighted 314lbs & I never tell nor have I told anyone how much I weigh not even my boyfriend. I lost 33lbs I try to deal with realistic goals. Now I want to lose 20 more lbs. I stopped drinking drinks i downloaded the myfitness app and logs everything I put in my body. I workout 4 to 5 days a week nothing less. Sometimes I feel like I'm not losing the weight fast enough but I also have to remind myself that I didn't put it on over night either that it's a working progress. 1 to 2lbs a week I'm okay with that. I only weigh my self once a month. This keeps me from being disappointed and discouraged. I started meal prepping this week it's something new to challenge me bc I'm so used to eating out & I need to learn not to. I've also did the 21 day no junk food challenge I lost about 10lbs on that. In the mornings I take a green smoothie, cheese stick & 2 eggs for breakfast. Snack you can try eating apples, bananas original corn chips or pretzels just to through some ideas at you. The myfitness app will set your calorie intake goal for you always monitor you nutritions it monitors your level of carbs. Sugar, fats etc.

I’m sorry girl, that sounds so frustrating! I got past my plateau when I started addressing my gut health! Just google gut health and weight loss and you’ll see what I mean 😊 I’d love to share more with you about what worked for me if you’re interested 💗

What are you using as birth control? Mine made me gain over 90 pounds in less than a year. If you are using ANY kind of hormonal birth control get rid of that first.

Try switching to just condoms I know it's not as convenient but I had to have my iud removed it was causing more than just weight gain but it caused a ton of water retention that was about 40 pounds all on it's own. I know anti convulsives can have the same effect and I'm sorry you need them that's not easy.

*Every time my Dr hired my medicines would gain a few extra pounds. But I feel like I am gaining more. I also don’t drive as of right now. Where I was always running errands. Work has me stressed also. It can be all of this.

I have the IUD Marina but I am also on a lot of other medication. When I was younger I was diagnosed with Epilepsy. I’ve been on all these medications through out the yr which also can be what the cause. Every time my, the medication I would gain a little weight.
