YEAST AND KiDNEY INFECTION?

Soooo I’m 16 years old and I’ve had both kidney and yeast infections. I realized I probably had a yeast infection because I was having excessive discharge that was a thick, with like bunches of discharge in my underwear. My vagina swollen with itchiness around my vagina. Now when I come to this realization it’s Friday doctor office is closed so now it’s Sunday, and my back is beginning to hurt pretty bad for me to be young and I’m good health my back doesn’t usually ache and the only time I’ve ever had lower back pain was when I had a kidney infection . I’m going to the doctor tmr? But do you guys think The dots are connecting?
