Femara 5dpo and cramping please help

Hi I am on my first month of femara. I am 5dpo and I am having a lot of cramping since yesterday. I previously took 5 cycles of clomid and had crazy symptoms but not cramping like this before and after ovulation. Hoping this is a good sign. Has anyone experienced this and later got a bfp? If not what was your experience? I am 38 and miscarried in February. Hoping the femara works. I had an US last month and lining was super thin. I have a Pcos. Thanks
