I took a clear blue digital and said not pregnant I opened it seconds after the read to personally read the test myself and i got a positive im so confused am I?

No, digital tests always have two lines even when they are negative. If you google about this it will give you a lot of information on the topic but I know from a lot of other threads and replies that no matter if it’s positive or negative you will still see two lines on the strip. For that reason I’d say this test is definitely negative, but if you’re hcG isn’t high enough it may not have picked it up? Maybe just try with a standard pink dye? Good luck!

What i think happened was the positive appeared after the countdown was done

Opening tests causes a dye run which gives a false positive. 
Test again using a pink dye test. Digital tests require a higher level of HCG to give a positive
