Retired ultrasound tech here: totally normal. This is why we take our dating measurements as early in pregnancy as possible- they’re better gestational age predictors. If baby is in a difficult position- for example folded in half or smushed against the uterine wall- measurements can be slightly off. This is especially true as baby gets bigger & more crammed in there- lol. As long as your measurements are within a week- they don’t change dates. This helps us diagnose conditions like IUGR(intra uterine growth restriction), microsomia (small babies for age), & macrosomia(large babies for age- common with gestational diabetes). 
Remember, measurements are an estimate, not an exact science. That’s why we’re trained to take multiple measurements.

Yep because the measurements can be off. Can depend on whether the babies moving, position etc.
So a few days out is normal especially 1st and 2nd trimester when the measurements are tiny.
