Yesterday, my husband and I brought our gorgeous Calliope Jayde into the world. 20 hours of labor, an epidural, and two good pushes got my perfect princess here in the scream. I have never been more proud of anything I have ever done than I was when they placed her on my chest. She's everything I hoped she'd be and more. I am smitten.
