I have been on BC Going on 5 months now. I usually take it 2:09 everyday but sometimes I'll take it a few hours early or maybe a hour late. If my SO came inside me would I still be okay?

You have a one-hour grace period and then effectiveness begins to drop.

You should be fine. Most pills will still be effective as long as you take them everyday, regardless of time. If you're on the mini-pill (no estrogen), you have to be a little better with taking them at the same time each day, but you still have within a three hour range before you would need to use back-up birth control.
