Bad cramps, kinda like a heavy period cramp, under belly button, super uncomfortable, when I stand up its painful and I can't stand up straight and it feels like my whole stomach is a giant cramp, sitting is just as bad, laying down helps. Been like this since 10am. I've had lower back pain all day too. Is this normal? Any idea what could be causing it. No blood.
