Is anyone else experiencing this at 12 weeks?

I am currently 12 weeks, and 6 days pregnant. I am experiencing nosebleeds only when I blow my nose. Is this normal?
Also, is anyone else stomach hard yet? I could’ve sworn mine was hard a few days ago and now I barely feel it. Is that normal?

I’ve had nose bleeds almost every other day since finding out I was pregnant - from what I’ve read it’s normal and due to the increased blood in our bodies and the blood vessels in the nose explaining. I’ve got a midwife app in a few weeks so I’m going to mention it to her to double check it’s normal :) xx

I’m not sure exactly when I started to experience the blood in my nose only when I blew it but I did experience that probably around 10-12 weeks an far as my stomach I just always feel like it’s hard in certain spots an soft in others so I doubt I have a full on bump yet an I’m sure it will be noticeable when it does happen I had my last scan a week ago at 12 weeks 4 days an everything was fine an I’m not having any bleeding or bad cramping so I’m going to consider everything to be safe and normal. 🤰❤️

same here...i blow my nose and blood comes out but no additional bleeding and my tummy was hardening and now seems softer to me...havent had any cramping or spotting so assuming its all normal...im 16w3d
