Vaginal pain

Please tell me I'm not the only one who feels swollen and just uncomfortable down there. I've had vaginal itchiness, increased discharge, pain when I push to pee (no burning just painful pressure) and I feel swollen down under. I went to the ER the other night because I felt like weak, shaky and could tell something was wrong, my BP was 155/110 and my pulse was 149. They gave me meds to bring my BP and pulse down and told me I had a UTI, can UTIs make you feel this way or should I be worried about it being something else to. I go to the OB today and I'm going to tell her but I know it's not an sti I've had the same partner for over 2 years and I talked to her about the discharge and pressure before and she said it's normal but now the pressure is to the point where I can't even sit up I have to be leaning back. Have any of you women experienced this and did it end up being normal? I'm 34+3 weeks btw.
