🤔Male issues

My husband has very high count, over 400 million with about 40 percent forward motility. But his morphology was 4% and they noted a lot of debris and high viscosity. His urologist said "you're fine." But my OB mentioned the bad ones may be getting in the way. If 200 million are forward motile but bad morphology, couldn't that box out the 17 million good candidates? Does it even work this way? Can counts actually be too high and cause crowding? Nobody seems to know much about this issue. If a guy has a high count they just get a high five and the fingers point at the woman. I just wonder if this is a issue.
