ok so i’m about to have sex for the first time soon and honestly any tips about what to expect before/during/and ESPICALLY AFTER is greatly appreciated 
i hear a lot of things about showering/ feeling sore/ peeing after that’s why i emphasized that. Thank u!!

before: try to relax as much as you can. if you are nervous your vagina will tighten and it will be uncomfortable. I recommend using lube to ease the friction. tell him to go down on you or finger you gently before so you can get in the mood. foreplay is very important! make sure to use a condom for obvious reasons. 
 
during: you might feel uncomfortable for a little because it is a new sensation. you might feel like you need to pee. because it is a new experience you may feel indifferent about it or you may even enjoy it if you are comfortable and horny. some girls do not orgasm from penetration alone. try to get your guy to go down on you until you cum. if it doesn’t happen the first time it’s no big deal. the more you have sex the more enjoyable it will get because you will find out what you like. practice makes perfect. 
 
after: pee for sure! many girls get UTIs from not peeing after sex. your vagina may feel a little sore but it’s no big deal. you might bleed a very tiny amount and that is normal. remember that orgasm is the goal for BOTH of you. many guys are immature and only worried about getting themselves off. make sure he tries to make you cum!!!! it really saddens me when girls have sex without expecting to orgasm. if you do orgasm it will make it a much better experience!

Definitely go pee afterwards so you hopefully don’t get a UTI, that happened to me once and it was horrible. 2, MAKE SURE YOU USE PROTECTION! None of that “pull out” stuff girl no. I remember feeling very anxious so you may tense up if you’re nervous, so try to just breathe and relax that way penetration will be easier. I was too wound up and ended up ripping.. sorry if that is TMI but if it does happen, it will hurt and you’ll have to do some neosporin on it for a few days :) maybe use some lube to make sure that doesn’t happen , just because the first time can be nerve wracking !
