Yesterday i noticed some spotting i just miscarried in December and August so i thought deep down here we go again.. an hour or so later i had this sharp excruciating pain that brought me to my knees while i was cooking dinner.

I decided to go the hospital but by the time i got to the hospital it stopped they took my for an ultrasound.. after the ultra sound it started again.

The doctor told me it was ectopic and they want to see if it’s ruptured or not and depending on that they may do surgery

30 minutes later that same doctor and another came in saying they are not sure if it ectopic or not and i should come back in 48 hours.

I come home and the pain starts again on 3 separate occasions throughout the night my HCG is currently 131. Please ladies any advice this might be my 4th child gone in 6months. I also don’t want to have to God forbid undergo surgery. I’m heartbroken and exhausted
