What does this chart tell u? I Breast feed my 9 month old so its hard to take temp at the same time daily so plz don't bother brining that up I already know😖 I feel since I'm BF my progesterone is low, I get AF every month, if there's anything u can read from this chart plz share with me, thanks for ur time
