ANYWAYS! Here’s my advice : LIFT HEAVY. Put don’t hurt yourself and when you do squats do WIDE squats or “SUMO” squats. You can do this all at home but it’s better to get a gym membership, also Hip adductors will literally expand your hips and make them round along with your Butt and lunges or stool steps with weights are good also and honestly my favorite. Lots of water of course and just watch what you eat. Your not out of shape so I think keeping it simple will help. 💋

You already have a curvy body, by “thick” you’d just be putting on extra weight that you don’t need

If your goal is thicker thighs and bigger booty, more intense work outs like deadlift etc. are probably want you’re looking for. I’m not an exercise guru or anything, but I’m on the opposite end! My booty is where I gain weight and so I have to “maintain it” to stop myself from looking like I just gotta bunch of blubber lol so I do more of the toning and leaner workouts if that makes sense. But you’re pretty and tiny! In a good way of course. I think you have a lot going for you already 😊
