Engorged Breast 😩
Had my twin boys at 32 weeks.. (this past Friday) they’re doing awesome in NICU... but now my breasts are engorged!! Have small hard knots/lumps under my arms and hot water and heating pads just aren’t working as quickly as I would like for them to. It’s not unbearable but I do not want it to get to that point like in the past. Any suggestions?
