How does Keto make you feel?
I’ve heard so many good things about the Keto diet and supplements. So I decided to try it out. Me and my boss went half and half with buying keto drink mixers. You drink it 2-3 times a day and it burns the sugar and carbs in your body. We’ve seen many reviews with good things. Well , I’ve been doing it on and off for about 2 weeks now. And about after my first drink I feel like shit. I feel like I’m going to throw up,or I’ll get super dizzy and feel like I’m going to pass out. And then about an hour after I eat,I get the shits lol.
I really want to proceed with the diet and mixers because I’ve lost about 10 pounds so far! But is this how I’m supposed to feel?😅
