Well that's iffy imo. I would personally feel like its cheating because a break is to find yourself, to see what you want in your relationship, if that person is right for you, how your life is going. I dont think it's about "were on a break so I'm going to screw someone, and you cant be mad about it when/if we get back together" I do not believe in breaks at all.
