Was anyone’s first early symptom lower back pain? About a week after unprotected sex?

I have had pregnancy symptoms just 5 days after conception. And yeah sore back was one of them with one of my pregnancies. Felt like I slept wrong or over worked it.

I didn’t have symptoms until week 5, and lower back pain didn’t start for me until 15 weeks and even then it comes and goes
