Okay so iam posting it without my name due to i do work there, so i caught a shop lifter stealing over 70.00 in groceries, i didnt get a job well done or anything even tho my manager saw it. Okay i do any task with out complaining without hesitation and do it correctly the first time, im always on time, perfect attendance, you couldnt ask for a better employee, well look.at the schdule and bam <20 hours normally its 30, i just dont understand what i did, ugh
