Back at it
Welp, after having slowly regained approximately 30 lbs from Nov 2017 to Jan 2019 (141 lbs to 170 lbs w/ 22.9% body fat), my obgyn wants me to lose about that much in order to be healthier for pregnancy.
I follow a high protein, moderate carbs, low fat (paleo based diet), try to avoid sodas & sweets as much as possible, and workout 3-4 days a week. I will be re-adding Javita Control to help with managing my appetite.
Hubby and I are also moving to a new rental house in about 2 months, so meal prepping will be much easier for us. I also have a gym buddy with my son's godfather, who also needs to lose approximately 20+ lbs in order to have a surgery done.
First goal is to lose approximately 5-10 lbs before the KISS concert in Fresno on Feb 8th!!!!
