My first gynecologist appointment

Tomorrow I have my first appointment with a gynecologist. I’m 22 and I know I should have gone sooner. Now I’m a grown adult and I’m terrified to be going. Any advice to calm me before the big day would be greatly appreciated, I’m kinda freeking out!
