What is the best morning sickness relief?🤮

I’ve had ZERO luck with any morning sickness help (ginger failed, eating small meals every 2-3 hours failed, staying hydrated failed, nausea bands failed). I FINALLY tried Unisom last night (I just took half a pill) and have felt SO MUCH relief today! I haven’t even bothered with the b6 yet. I don’t know if it’s coincidence because I’m about to be 12 weeks or if the Unisom really made that big of a difference. I’m gonna test it out tonight by not taking it again. But I’d say, maybe try that.

Peppermint tea or mints. Lemon head candies lemonade almonds saltine crackers. Don’t let urself get too hungry.

My sister had morning sickness awful and her doctor said take vitamin B6 and unison tablets. I’m not sure how often but it worked for her!

Eating regularly and keep saltines on the night stand, I eat two before I even stand up.  Oh and mint gum.
