Extended Period?

I am 16. I'm not a virgin. Please don't judge. I've been having my period for over 2 weeks & I feel like maybe something is wrong. I haven't taken any medications or any types of birthcontrol. Does anyone know what the possibilities are for this? I don't know what it is & honestly I'm freaking out.
