Storing breast milk
So I’ve read that breast milk can be stored in a refrigerator for 3-8 days, depending on the source. How do I know how long it will actually be okay for? I pumped some breast milk yesterday while at work but I don’t work again until Thursday. Will it be okay to be refrigerated that long?
