Help maybe you can answer.

I was on birth control for 6 years. I have been off for almost a year now and my periods have been on the dot since. Witch before birth control they were 3 times a month to none for 2 months. Well about 2/3 days ago my boobs hurt so bad I couldn’t stand it. I would touch them on anything and I would lose my breath!! My nipples are the same way and that’s not normal, I mean my nipples would hurt a little but nothing like this. I’m over a week early for this period and it’s so light it’s almost not even worth wearing anything. I normally have the worst cramps ever you wouldn’t believe. Not not this time. Any ideas what could be going on? I’ve been told I have PCOS and I’m way over weight and it’s impossible to lose. I haven’t taken a test because I don’t wanna be disappointed yet again. And i feel it would be way to early anyways. But any help or people have this problem...
