Thank you all so much! The support and kind words really do make a girl feel amazing!!! I’m wearing a corset in that picture and do not have a full length of that outfit but I will post a few full length pictures and comparisons.

A lot or people have asked me what I’ve done to loose weight and what types of things I eat, I watch what I eat and drink very closely, I also don’t drink my calories. Here’s some food and exercise advise of things I’ve done and still so to see results.
The best option for food is lots of veggies, they are very filling and then meat. I love to make stir fry but instead of noodles I’ll use zoodles, you can buy them already cut and in the freezer section, I also love using spaghetti squash, carrot noodles, ect. As a base for meals, I use turkey ground meat instead of hamburger, you can use mushrooms caps instead of a bun and just have an open face sandwich with it, for wraps I like to use lettuce leaves. It’s just a game of what can I take out of this meal to make it healthier and it’s always gonna be breads and noodles for the most part.
Also water water water. You should drink at least 15oz of water before each meal so you don’t over eat, if your hungry for a snack, drink water first, our body mistakes thirst for hunger a lot of the times. You should be drinking half your body weight in ounces of water a day.
Youtube has great free exercise videos, I think yoga with Adrian is a fantastic way to start out. You can ask others to join you in getting healthier, it’s a good motivator to know others are doing it and you want to have great results. Challenge groups are amazing, track everything you eat or drink (humans underestimate what we take in and over estimate what we put out)
I’m also a Beachbody coach, I do challenge groups where you will have to log your workouts and food for me to see and I hold my challengers accountable for their program. It does cost money, it is a business and the workouts are from home. If anyone is interested on more info just shoot me a message. I also do have eating programs alone and working out programs as well. If not just follow the above advice and you should see results! 😊😊
