I figured this was baby water. Do I need to boil this or can I use it as is?

If your in the US I would suggest boiling it since the FDA isn’t getting funded due to the government shut down a lot of food isn’t be check properly or at all. So better safe than sorry boil the water and milk to kill any possible bacteria that could be harmful
