Anyone know what these spots are!?

Could be newborn rash. Common and from all the hormones. My first son looked like a cow at 2 days old and this time my son only has a couple spots here and there. Double check with your ped though

My son also has those! The nurse told me it’s ETN rash. common in newborns. :)

NB rash, their skin is so sensitive and new. It will come and go.

Our peds nurse said common newborn rash that will go away may take time.  My daughter never had it so I asked the peds nurse that came in today for his discharge exam
