How did you get your name? (Why did your parents name you your name?)

How did you decide your children's names?

I was wondering 15/16 with my first, I wanted her name to be a secret until she was born to the world, but her father & I knew.. we were young, he told... lol, long story short, her name changed the day she was born from Amelia to Brooklyn.

I'm pregnant with twins, 2 girls, and this name thing is STILL SO HARD FOR ME.

I've picked out 2 names, but that changes every week, lol. Just curious why there are Kaci's, Joann's etc, like the background behind the names.
