How long to walk to jumpstart labor?

I’ve been having contractions and am ready to go. How long should I walk to try to help? I’m almost 38 weeks

update: you’ve got to try the exercise ball along with the walking, water just broke after bouncing for like 30 minutes last night.

Couple miles. I recommend going to do something rather than just walking. Go the mall or to a museum or something. Just walking kinda sucks.

I took a 5 hour hike at 39 weeks. It didn’t do anything! 
My sister in law walked down to get the mail at 37 weeks a pop went her waters... 
However long you feel good enough to walk fo do it!

Walking doesn’t jumpstart labour unless you’re already about to go on your own.

I walked 10 times around a track , idk how I did it but I was determined to have baby naturally then be induced.
