I don’t like to ask for help, but I no longer have a choice. A few months ago someone contacted my boyfriend and I saying they had a ferret that needed a new home. We of course took him in because we had the space and wanted a friend for our female. Come to find out the reason they were getting rid of him for free was because he was very sick, and it was verySince July he’s been on a couple different antibiotics, but it’s becoming apparent that he has more than just an infection. The blood panel is going to be around $235, if it is adrenal disease as the vet is expecting the sugery will be around $275. After that he’ll need a monthly checkup which will cost $100-$150 each time. All of this will need to happen in a short amount of time and due to my boyfriend and I both being students were kinda broke and hoping you guys can help!
