Dreaming about breastfeeding?

Never breastfed, had a MMC in november, but had a super vivid dream that I was breastfeeding a baby last night? Anyone else experience this? Any idea what it means? Maybe my body already knows its pregnant?

I have these dreams often actually. No babies yet 😓

Unfortunately it just means you have babies on the brain. Ever since my hubby and I started TTC back in March 2017, I’ve had vivid pregnancy, birth, baby, and breastfeeding dreams on at least a monthly if not weekly basis.
They don’t mean anything more than it’s in the back of your mind or subconscious.
