Hey ladies this is my husbands sperm analysts and saw my gyno today he explained that his sperm is slow or something has anyone had this and has a successful pregnancy

These are his results we have been ttc baby number 3 for almost 7 years I have had all examinations done and he also done my blood test and he is happy with the results. I do have pcos but have regular periods every 28 days for 5 days and I ovulate every month my doc isn’t worried about me just my SO. Sorry for long rant
