Cramps

This may be a silly question but bear with me here. The past few months I’ve noticed cramping about 5/6 dpo but AF came at her scheduled time 🙃🙄 do ovulation cramps happen every month? Does this mean I’m out this month bc I’m feeling them? Do they happen even if you conceive? Please help!

I usually start cramping a week before my period. If I get those type of cramps, I know I didn’t conceive. Some people say early pregnancy cramps feel a long like period cramps, but I can distinguish between the two. Might just be your body beginning to breakdown the lining in preparation for your period. OR it could be early pregnancy cramping. Just have to wait and see.
