Cold during pregnancy?

Any tips or advice for a bad cold? Anything I can drink or take? I feel like crap!!

Elderberry syrup in addition to  1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in 8oz of warm water with honey twice a day. 
I refuse to take any OTC medicine.

This is what my doctor gave me. I would still check with your doctor as the hospital network she works at/for made the booklet she gave me. So, I'm not sure if different doctors say different things.

Plain Robitussin was approved by my OB. Make sure it’s not multi symptoms.

Kiwis always help!! They have tons of vitamin C in them.

Claritin helps with the sinus stuff! I also just used saline and netty potted myself which helped the most!

I took Benadryl with B6 at night. Got me through a week long cold because I slept good. Miserable but, slept and helped with nausea. Get better soon!!
