10 Days PP, bleeding question

So I’m 10 days post today, this is my 4th baby so not sure if that makes a difference but this is my first time nursing/pumping. Is it normal to bleed more during those times I’m pumping or nursing? I also noticed if I’ve been laying down for a few hours, when I stand up I’ll feel blood flow coming out. Not sure how much is too much and if the nursing is causing more bleeding. Let me know what you ladies think. I did hemorrhage during delivery so I’ve been nervous for what is normal or a possibility side effects of that.
