Why are my kids always hungry!!

I have a one year old and three year old and on my days off at home they are constantly hanging off the fridge or pantry screaming for food I feed them legit 20 times a day! I try to always have activities going so they are distracted but they are only interested for like 20 mins then are hungry again it’s frustrating!!

What kind of foods are they eating? Have you spoken to your pediatrician about it?

My son is the same, he has always been like thst even when he was a baby. If we dont keep him on a strick two hour and s half he starts getting loose poop. But its a nightmare each day, he wi want to eat every 5 minutes...  i know its fruit cheese veggies but all in excesive is bad even healthy  food

I think its mostly a kid thing lol kids love snacks and have high metabolisms. Keep in mind fruits and veggies digest a lot faster, make sure to mix in things like cheese sticks yogurts and whole grains if arent already. 
My kids love snacks but we keep a pretty strict eating schedule of eating every 2 hrs which means they only really have like 1 snack time in between meals and I’ll let them have 2 things
