What is it actually used for? I got recommended to get some for my anxiety and also arthritis? Will it actually help? I'm going to start taking it tomorrow but would like any reviews ect.

Also will it come up on a drugs test? Just so I know if I should tell my boss I've started taking it. I'm in the UK.
