This is my first pregnancy with a baby boy. I got checked today and I’m not dilated or effaced at all and still very high and even too closed up still to get my membrane swept.. however baby is head down.

I feel very over it all and have been in so much pain and discomfort lately I thought for sure something must be happening but nothing.. they said they’ll induce as long as I’m over 39 weeks. So I scheduled for Saturday my due date (40 weeks). However I don’t wanna be induced unless I’m dilated some for the doctor told me that it could end up with me having a csection or take up to 3 days and I’d rather not wait around in the hospital or have a csection...

I’ve been walking, sex, nipple stimulation, and everything else. I’m also still working where I’m on my feet and up and about all day.

so my question is how many of you have not been dilated or effaced at all and ended up having the baby naturally on your own in a couple days. Really had a complete turn around and boom baby lol
