Just had sex 3 hours ago first with a condom which broke but we used the pull out method plus i took my pill five mins early. Although the sex was amazing now my left ovary is hurting a bit. Could it be due to rough sex or birth control? Ive also noticed the last time was a bit painful like this one but nothing major it goes away along with pain in lower abdomen . Not sure if i have a stomach flu or im scared to say ovarian cancer
