Colostrum leaking 4 DPO

I haven't breastfed my daughter in 7 months and I've never had any leaking of any sorts since she weaned. I could press on boobs and squeeze and nothing would come out. We'll, yesterday my boob started leaking after hurting a few days before and was a little red kinda like a clogged duct. Now both are leaving and I'm 4 DPO. I don't know why they are leaking! Hoping for pregnancy but I know it's way too early to test. My period was only 2.5 days last time when it's normally 5 so maybe my ovulation was off and I could be more than 4 DPO but that's what I'm going with. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue, pregnant or not..
