Help am i going to be okay

So i had a sunnyboy today (icypole) and after it i started feeling really sick and i started tasting a weird taste so i stopped eating it, i then looked at the box and it said they are BEST BEFORE january last year, so a year out of date pretty much, am i going to be okay?? i’m 8 weeks pregnant and worried it was bad for me to eat
